Shipping

Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.

We use New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste & PBT to send items out. We will select the best option based on your location and order size.

Returns

If you would like to return your product please include a note so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to. Please note that returned products need to be in an unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
